At Amberbite Games, we respect your privacy. Our game Shoe it All! does not collect any personal information. We don't ask for your name, we don't know your email, and we don't track your location or device.

What we do collect is pseudonymous gameplay feedback. Carefully designed to help us improve the game, not track you as a person.

What We Collect (and why)

We collect a small amount of non-identifiable gameplay data, including:

Level completions
Feature usage
Session length
Game version

We do this to answer questions like:

Are certain levels too hard?

Is the new feature being discovered?

Are players enjoying shorter or longer sessions?

We cannot and do not connect this data to your real identity. Data is split across categories, and each category uses its own random ID to prevent profiling.

Under the GDPR, we process this pseudonymous gameplay data based on legitimate interest (our right to understand and improve our game).

We have taken strong technical and organizational steps to limit this data's scope, avoid re-identification, and reduce any privacy impact.

Your Rights and Options

Inside the game settings, you can opt out of data collection at any time. Doing so will immediately and permanently delete all previously stored data linked to your session.

Ask us to delete it
Object to our use of it
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

To do so, contact us at shoeitall.support@amberbite.gamesand we will walk you through the process of locating all Chain IDs to allow us to identify your data.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All collected data is stored securely on servers located in Switzerland and Germany (EU). We do not use third-party analytics providers or cloud systems that transmit data elsewhere.

Children's Privacy

Shoe it All! is not marketed towards children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect any personal data or data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if our data practices change. If so, we'll notify you in-game or on our website.
